After serving numerous organizations as a financial and operations manager in a full-time role (most recently for Organizing for Action, a grassroots and issue advocacy organization based in Chicago), Brandon saw an opportunity to grow his work and serve multiple organizations at the same time. Realizing that many of his previous employers would have benefitted from a part-time or short-term CFO, he formed the Salesberry Group to provide other organizations that opportunity. He has more than 15 years of experience in all levels of operations, finance, administration, facility, IT and volunteer management. Outside of the Salesberry Group, Brandon spends his time running, working on home renovation projects, and spending time with his family. He lives in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and 3 children.

Libby Buechler has her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and over 15 years of experience in People Operations. Most recently, Libby served as the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Swing Left. Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.

V. Fields has over 15 years of accounting experience which includes 8 years of non-profit experience. She has a CPA, MBA, B.S. in Finance, and a B.B.A. in Accounting. She previously worked as an Accounting Consultant for small businesses and prior to that she worked in the healthcare industry. Outside of work, she spends her time playing tennis, traveling around the world, and salsa dancing.

Brandon has spent most of his career in the corporate and public accounting world. Being inspired to transition into mission based work while volunteering as a basketball coach, he found an opportunity to join the Salesberry Group and work with mission-driven organizations. Brandon looks forward to expanding his knowledge and applying over 10 years of experience to help clients of the Salesberry Group continue to reach their full potential and goals. When not working, he enjoys spending time exercising, traveling the world, and learning a foreign language. He resides on the north side of Chicago with his wife and two dogs.

For over fifteen years, Colleen has directed operations for large, multi-state civic engagement and advocacy organizations. Her deep experience with people operations and her dedication to employee engagement, culture, and staff development allowed her to hire, train, develop, and retain thousands of staff, managers, and organizers throughout her career. As a senior leader at The Fund and The Outreach Team, Colleen developed, implemented, and refined people policies, processes, and practices that increased efficiency, improved staff experience, and broadened organizational impact. At the Salesberry Group, Colleen enjoys supporting clients as they work to power their organizations with engaged and effective teams. When she’s not working, you can find her on the pickleball court or hanging with her husband and Chihuahua, Gilbert Doggfried.

Zack is a recent graduate from Purdue University Northwest with an accounting degree. He spent most of his college education working part-time at a local tabletop gaming business. Here, he collaborated with other businesses to host events and promoted each other to help cultivate a thriving community. His work with a local tax firm also honed his skills in personal and corporate tax returns. Helping small businesses is something Zack carries into his work with mission-driven organizations at Salesberry Group. He currently lives in Northwest Indiana with his girlfriend, where they enjoy cooking together, spinning vinyl records, and playing tabletop board games.

Tiffany was laser-focused on pursuing a career in the accounting field. She initially began her career working with S-Corporations, where her primary responsibility was preparing their financial statements for tax purposes. During this time, Tiffany discovered her deep interest in full-cycle accounting to help business owners make sound decisions. Tiffany's commitment to her work led her to the Salesberry Group, where she saw an opportunity to contribute her efficient approach to an organization that prioritizes values and social impacts. This move reflects her desire to use her accounting skills to make a positive difference in the community and aligns with her values.  When not dealing with numbers, she enjoys powerlifting, sharing her culture through recipes, and traveling.

Susan brings to the Salesberry Group a diverse business background that includes 12 years of full-cycle non-profit accounting experience in addition to a corporate career in brand management with a Fortune 50 company and in CPG product management. She excels at managing projects, collaboration, problem solving, and driving informed decisions, and is excited to use these superpowers to facilitate and support the missions and endeavors of Salesberry Group’s clients. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy renovation and restoration projects on their 1870s townhouse in Chicago, spending time in the woods of northern Michigan, and keeping up with their two children and recently rescued dog.

Mike knew from the moment he chose to pursue an accounting degree that he wanted to use his education and experience to help make the world a better place. After 6+ years in public accounting and corporate finance, he found the opportunity to join the Salesberry Group to serve its not-for-profit and mission-based clients. He is passionate about the role he and his team play in helping the leaders of these organizations focus on the meaningful work they provide, with the peace of mind knowing their accounting and finance work is in good hands. Mike lives on the north side of Chicago with his wife, their two dogs, and cat. After work, Mike loves to play and watch sports, visit parks and forest preserves with the dogs, and celebrate holidays, birthdays, weddings, and more with he and his wife's huge extended family.

Brandon Wilber is a dedicated accountant, with over 14 years of experience.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics. His passion for numbers and financial strategy have guided his career journey.  Beyond the numbers, he is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant and a proud father who adopted three amazing boys. They've brought boundless joy and adventure into his life, reminding him daily of the importance of family.  When he is not balancing books or helping clients navigate the financial landscape, you'll find him outdoors. Whether it's hiking in the wilderness, camping under the stars, or simply enjoying a picnic in the park, he enjoys the beauty of nature and quality time with loved ones.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, rock climbing, and health and wellness.

Shortly after graduating from Central Connecticut State University with her master’s in business administration, Jasmin joined the Salesberry Group. She was drawn to the mission of supporting progressive organizations by providing them with financial and operations services. Jasmin believes the office management skills gained during her previous career with the U.S. Postal Service along with her BA in accounting would enable her to assist these organizations as an Accounting Associate.  Outside of work, Jasmin enjoys baking, gardening, and volunteering. She also enjoys creating music with her three children, who share her passion for singing and playing instruments.

She worked in the public and corporate world as an auditor and accounting manager for over 8 years within different industries. Angel currently lives in New Jersey with her family and has chosen to quench her thirst for more knowledge and experience by joining Salesberry Group.  She is eager to learn and help non-profit organizations while balancing life as a wife and mom.

With a few years working in accounting right after college, Danny brings his abilities to problem solve and organizational skills to the Salesberry Group. Danny loves to get involved to help people and was excited when the opportunity to join the Salesberry Group. He is eager to learn and grow with the company and is willing to take the extra step to help everyone in the company.

 
Outside of work Danny loves to spend time with his family, enjoys the outdoors, and lifting weights. He loves to do various crafts. When the weather is nice you will usually find him going on hikes all over the country with his dog.

Colleen is an army veteran who also supported her husband through the retirement of his own military career. She earned a bachelor’s degree and worked accounts receivable for a manufacturing plant. After being outsourced she was able to use the opportunity of increased remote positions to find Salesberry Group, a place she is passionate about working for. In her spare time she’s active within a Live Action Role Play game called Amtgard. In Amtgard she enjoys sewing to make historic and fantasy inspired costumes.

Lindsay graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Dubuque in 2013.  She worked for almost 10 years doing payroll coding for a big company but was ready for a change of pace in work life and Salesberry Group was the perfect fit. The morals and values she holds fit right alongside how the Salesberry Group is run.


Lindsay is a mother of 5 and grandma of 5. She loves to spend time watching her kids play high school and college sports and most recently her granddaughter play elementary basketball. She loves reading and being around her family.

After graduating with honors from Virginia State University, Si’mone began working in public accounting. She worked in the Federal Government sector as both an Auditor and an Audit Readiness Consultant for 5 years, while gaining experience with different agencies. With the experience and knowledge she gained, she then decided to spend the next 4 years working as a freelance accountant providing accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping services to a variety of small businesses throughout Los Angeles. In 2021, Si’mone decided to move to Atlanta and her interest in more experience led her to join Salesberry Group to work with non-profit organizations. When not working, she is all about music and health.

Upon graduating with her Masters in Accountancy from DePaul University, Gloria excitedly joined Salesberry Group. With her background in accounting and finance, she has always wanted to be part of an organization that supports nonprofits. As a first-generation college graduate, Gloria knows the importance of breaking barriers and continues to appreciate every opportunity she gets to be able to expand her knowledge. She deeply values helping others to achieve their missions and developing trust with her clients and team.

 
Outside of work, Gloria enjoys spending time with her family, visiting new restaurants, and traveling to new and old places. She currently resides in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband, two daughters and their dog Jimmy.

Chris loves to help people and was excited when the opportunity to join the Salesberry Group, and all of the organizations they support, came along during a time when she was looking for something new in her life. She is eager to learn and grow with the company.

Outside of work Chris loves to spend time with her family. She loves to do various crafts. When the weather is nice you will usually find her on the back of her husband’s motorcycle traveling to a new restaurant or other destination.

After graduating from Lewis University, Briana pursued her lifelong dream of running her own business as a Professional Wrestler/Entertainer. After 2 years of training and working for Farmers Insurance in Houston, Texas, she made the decision to move back up home to Chicago to achieve her Masters Degree in Communication from Governors State University. She began working in the financial planning field in January of 2021, where she was quickly promoted to office manager. In January of 2022, Briana joined the Salesberry Group team, where she was extremely fascinated due to its dedication to their clients to help them grow and succeed. Briana has a great passion for helping and serving the needs of others, as well as putting smiles on people’s faces! In her spare time, she still wrestles and plays with her Dachshund, Gemini.

Nonprofits are where she found her passion and is now pursuing her career with Salesberry Group as an Accounting Associate. Sasha takes her job as a mother of twin boys and a wife very seriously. She enjoys advocacy, sewing, and creating organic skin care products.
